Why We Started Vectorline
After years working in the construction industry, our founders saw the same story play out repeatedly: first-time homebuyers would invest their life savings into a new build, trust the process, and then discover costly defects after closing — defects that could have been caught and corrected for a fraction of the price.
Vectorline was created to change that. We operate completely independently from builders, developers, and real estate agents — our only obligation is to you, the buyer. We bring the technical expertise, the licensed credentials, and the plain-language communication to make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you sign.
